ApplyPilot

ApplyPilot is a job search workspace that combines an application tracker with an auto-apply email engine. Pipeline tracker: a Kanban board and list view across 7 stages (Saved, Applied, Screening, Interview, Offer, Rejected, Withdrawn), with contract-type filters (CDI, CDD, Freelance, Internship, Alternance), follow-up dates, interview schedules, overdue highlights and status history. Auto-Apply: paste company websites and ApplyPilot discovers recruiter emails, or enter addresses directly. Pick a CV from your library, write a cover letter with placeholders like {company} and {job_title}, preview it, send a test, then send now or schedule it. Every campaign adds its targets to your pipeline automatically. Inbox sync: connect Gmail/IMAP to pull in only the replies that match your campaigns, read them in the app and reply without leaving it. Also: a multi-CV library with a primary resume, and CV parsing that extracts skills to personalize letters. Local-first: no signup. Applications, profile, CVs and campaign history live in your browser's localStorage (not encrypted or synced across devices). Email sending, inbox sync and CV parsing only send what each request needs to the server, and nothing is stored in a database. Built with Next.js (App Router), Tailwind CSS, Framer Motion, Nodemailer, a TLS IMAP parser, Prisma/PostgreSQL for the optional admin console, and Vitest.
